About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and have had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds, ages, and walks of life.
My goal is to provide a supportive and comfortable space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. I work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and other significant life transitions.
I believe therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we will explore what matters most to you, identify the values that guide your life, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.
Understanding your values can be a powerful part of creating a life that feels more meaningful, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are. I would be honored to use my experience to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater emotional well-being.

Grief & Loss
Grief is something that all people will face at some point in their lives. Grief can be connected to people, places, and things through out our life span. Those losses include but are not limited to, a loved one, career, divorce, employment, pet, financial stability, etc.... I specialize in assisting our client's in processing those losses in a supportive and comfortable setting, walking through each phase of grief.

I will assist you in developing coping skills that will decrease signs and symptoms of anxiety and increase the quality of your daily life.
Depression
Depression is more than feeling sad after a loss or becoming down because of difficult times. Like many diseases, depression can be very serious. It can affect your thoughts, feelings, actions, and overall health. The good news is depression can be treated. Let me join you in learning new tools to decreasing and eliminating all depressive symptoms.
